Bruce H. Bairstow February 1st, 1956 - February 10th, 2025
South Church mourns the unexpected passing of fellow parishioner Bruce Bairstow, a deeply kind and delightfully gregarious part of our congregation. A celebration of life will be held for Bruce in the South Church Sanctuary on Saturday, March 29th at 10:30am. We extend the Bairstow family our prayers, thoughts, and condolences during this difficult time.
A longtime resident of Concord, Bruce was an active member of South Congregational Church and a man of deep values: family, service, perseverance, adventure, connection, and civic engagement. Bruce was a true car enthusiast and he found joy in skiing, playing and listening to music, water sports, traveling, and spending time with beloved family and friends. Above all, Bruce will be remembered for his intelligence, warmth, passion, loyalty, and unmistakable sense of humor.
